Hmmmm. The price is kind of steep, but it is the GVL. The Luxury Yugo. The one with walnut grain veneers stuck on the plastic dash.

Yes. Duh?

First, check if there is a mechanic near you who will work on it... unless you plan on doing a lot of wrenching yourself.
But for $350, the risk is low.
I say go for it!
Then you can brag about having a car that Consumer Reports said is “one of the worst we’ve tested in years”.

SHOULD you? No. Doesn’t mean you can’t pick it up and have a lot of fun until it give out.

I can work on it myself. Super simple cars from ones I’ve seen in person.

Yes do it.

I say go for it, and install a Toyota 4A-E. Never worry about the engine again.

I think it would be cool if yugo and take a look, but for $350, it's pretty tough to go wrong

It's been posted for quite a while, offer 100 bucks and tell them you will get it out of their way :)

GVL? The luxury model! Do it!

Do it! It’s dirty as hell and needs some work, but if you can take care of all that, you can get it for really cheap (if they’re as desparate as they seem).
Bonus points for the license plate: J45 = “Jugo 45”, its name in its domestic market, and ZCS => ZCZ, the name of the factory (Zavodi Crvena Zastava).
